What is the return policy?

We allow 90 days from the ship date to return or exchange your purchase.  Please contact our customer service for a return authorization number.  We do not reimburse any shipping charges.  Please allow 7-10 days from the day what we receive the item back to see the credit to your bank account.

We reserve the right to reject a return if it is sent back without a return authorization number. We also reserve the right to reject a return if we receive the item back damaged or used unless previously discussed with your customer service representative while requesting a return authorization number.

How do I find what I’m looking for?

We strive to make your shopping experience as easy and pleasurable as possible.  Our products are listed by category on the right hand side of your screen.  If you have something specific in mind, type a few key words in the search box at the top of the screen.  If you find you are having trouble locating an item, please contact our customer service.

How do I use a coupon?

If you have a coupon code you can enter it when prompted at checkout.  After entering and clicking “submit” you should see the newly adjusted price.

How do I create an account with PowerWasherWorld.com?

  1. Click the “My Account” link at the top of the page in the navigation bar.
  2. Follow the prompts to register as a “New Customer” (PowerWasherWorld.com does not share any of your information; it is only used to learn more about you in a continued effort to better serve our customers.  We do not store any billing or credit card information as part of your account profile)

Has my order shipped?

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible; please allow up to 5 business days.  If your matter is urgent, please contact our customer service to find out options for expedited processing and shipment.

When your order ships the UPS tracking number will be sent to the email provided.  If you misplace your tracking number please contact our customer service.

How do I track my order?

Once you have received your UPS tracking, visit www.UPS.com and enter your tracking number where prompted.

My order hasn’t arrived.

If you feel that your order should have already been delivered, please visit www.UPS.com and enter the tracking number provided to find the location of the package.  If you have any further issues contact our customer service.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which we or our suppliers are unable to predict exactly when more will be available, but as soon as they do, we will notify you that they have shipped via the email provided.  If you have any questions about a backordered item please contact our customer service.

PRICING & BILLING

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Customers with a billing address in Illinois are required to pay the current rate for IL sales tax.  You will see the charge on your itemized receipt during checkout.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated in your shopping cart and is based on shipping method you select.  UPS is our primary shipper.

What are my payment choices?

We accept all major credit cards.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be processed with you confirm your purchase at checkout.
